| Why not get out the glitz, glitter the cheekbones, shimmer in sequins, bedazzle in bowties, parade in party clothes and support Marie Curie Cancer Care.We are inviting you, your organisation to ‘Glitter Up’ on Friday 3rd December and raise some vital funds for your local Marie Curie Cancer Care Nurses. Just dig out your tinsel, sequins, party clothes and/or glitter and help to put the fun into fundraising.The funds that you raise will be used to support the Marie Curie Cancer Care nurses who are working in Suffolk. Marie Curie Cancer Care provides high quality nursing, totally free, to give terminally ill people the choice of dying at home supported by their families. | Our Art group from Felixstowe is holding a 59th Annual exhibition, the Mayor of Felixstowe and our President will open the exhibition on the 3rd of August at 10 am. The exhibition will be held at The Trinity Methodist Church Hall Orwell Road and will run from the 3rd of August until 7th opening at 10am each day. |

| Sue Ryder Care – The Chantry are once again organising their annual ‘Fun in Chantry Park’, held on Bank Holiday Monday in August. This is a day for all the family at the height of summer. Set in Chantry Park, there will be dog agility displays, classic vehicles, bouncy castles, craft stalls and much much more. From 10am – 4pm the park will be filled with lots of activities, live music and performances and you can even grab a bite to eat at our BBQ. You will also have the chance to win £500 cash in our raffle. All money raised will be used to support those living with life limiting illness such as multiple sclerosis, dementia and brain injury in the local community. Stephanie creates gorgeous wildlife and domestic animal images with acrylic paints and this is your opportunity to view her latest collection. Stephanies talented use of acrylic paints uses layering to create a depth and detail to her work that totally brings the animal subjects to life.
